TRAINING

We have many years of experience in public speaking and the development of training programs for our industry. From one time speaking engagements for sales meetings, trade associations, conventions and other groups to 5-day inspector certification programs, we have programs or can develop programs to suit your needs.

IICRC INSPECTOR CERTIFICATION

Founded in 1972, IICRC is the ONLY true Industry Standard certification program in the industry. IICRC non-profit, volunteer operated certification body and is an ANSI Accredited Standards Development Organization (SDO). ICRC was formed in 1972 to serve as an independent, non-profit certification body, to set and promote high standards and ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry. The IICRC does not have schools or instructors; rather it approves schools and instructors to teach and administer IICRC certification programs.

Christopher Capobianco of Flooring Answers has been a part of the development of the IICRC hard surface inspector certifications and is the Technical Advisory Committee Chair for the Resilient Floor Inspector (RFI) and introduction to Subfloor/Substrate Inspections (ISSI) certifications. He is also an approved instructor for those two categories.

Flooring Answers became an IICRC Approved School in October 2010, offering the ISSI and RFI courses. The ISSI class is a prerequisite for all other hard surface inspector categories, so all certified inspectors must start their training with this two day class.

If you are interested in taking the class, please contact Arlene Guzman at Flooring Answers (Arlene@ccili.com) and she will get all the information you need.
