I have taken two IICRC Inspector training courses from Christopher, the ISSI (Introduction to Substrate/ Subfloor Inspections) and RFI (Resilient Flooring Inspector). The first thing that will stand out is how organized and complete he is. The handouts went far beyond the required handbook information and become a valuable reference that you will refer back often. Next is the comfortable atmosphere. No question is too trivial and Christopher will repeat himself and go into whatever level of detail a student needs to understand the coursework-- without frustration. It is clear in taking his courses he cares about the student and their success. Though now I am focused on technical support and independent inspections, these courses are not for those wanting to work as I do. I have been a retailer, both as owner and employee, a specifier and manufacturer rep. I should have taken these courses long ago. I would have been better at what I do with this knowledge.
